I teach a Yang style derived from Yang Cheng Fu’s form (a direct descendant of the Yang family) as I consider it a superb balance between ease of learning and depth of internals.
I've taught Wu and Yang Style Tai Chi since 1995, and I've been a senior student of my teacher Taoist Master Bruce Frantzis since 2004. I teach at The Tai Chi Space in London.
