Upper Body Chi

It had to happen - my late 1990's shirtless Taiji (Tai Chi) video. But it's actually a really good workout for the upper body, using the weighted Tai Chi ball. The movements are all either classical qigong exercises, or variations based on Taiji and qigong movements. I like this one, and I can still recommend it. Plus - finally my hair is behaving!
