The Monkey Movement - Five Animals Frolic Qigong

The Monkey sequence is part of the Qigong Five Animals Frolic routine. Monkeys are clever, agile and flexible.
The movements of a monkey exercise the muscles of the neck and shoulders.
Toes raises strengthens the muscles of the legs and ankles, massage the soles of the feet.
Stretching and reaching help to open and lengthen the entire body and activate all major muscle groups. #qigongwithkseny #qigongforbeginners #qigonganimals
