This is a 20 Minute Tai Chi Routine from Mexico. Follow along with me during this 20 minute Tai Chi Chuan lesson on the rooftops of Mexico. I have been practicing authentic traditional Tai Chi Chuan also referred to as Tai Ji Quan for almost 20 years and teaching Tai Chi for over 15 years. Whenever I can I prefer to practice Tai Chi in nature especially near waterfalls, mountain tops, rivers, forests, and on the ocean. Tai Chi is good to practice everyday and you can use this video as a Tai Chi warm up or Tai Chi cool down before or after your workout!
