The Bear Movement - Five Animals Frolic Qigong

The Bear sequence is part of the Qigong Five Animals Frolic routine. The bear are known for its physical power and strength.
Good for digestion, elimination and weight loss.
Waist rotation massage the abdominal organs and strengthens the muscles of the back and ribcage.
Leg movements help to strengthen the muscles of the legs, good for balance and stability.
