Peng Lu Ji & An, the first 4 energies we are introduced to during our form practice. From Yang Style Long Form Section 1, & as part of the first posture - Grasp Sparrows Tail, this sequence is fun and easy to practice. Feel free to stand and practice just the arm movements as well. This is the combination of the bow stance, shifting weight forward and back, and the arm movements. The whole body moving together, this is a powerful way to practice our principles of Soft, Circular, Comfortable movement. Ps. Yes, you are looking at your Proper, Comfortable Body Alignment.
