The 24 form Taiji is a standardized Taiji Quan routine that was compiled in 1956. It is based on the Yang style Taiji Quan, taking about six minutes to perform. It gives beginner an introduction to the essential elements of Taiji Quan, yet retain the traditional flavour of the traditional ingredients hand forms. It is a great foundation for beginners.
