Tai Chi Sphere Power Training, Exercise 1

Use your whole body to move the sphere with weight shifting, waist turning, and stepping. Retain good structural alignment throughout the movement. A heavier sphere is used for power training and lighter spheres are usually used for sensitivity training. By using different sizes of spheres you gain an understanding of how to change the size of your internal and external sphere at will for application.
