I learnt this in 1984 in Taipei. See my blog with a picture of master Wong and my quirky membership card.
It is the first duan or segment from a longer form.
The form is a very old Yang style form
In those days Taipei was full of people studying Chinese stuff from western countries and living in little guest houses. 'Great times'
