Tai Chi Shibashi Qi Gong 18. Beginners COVID-19 Coronavirus Demonstartion

This is a short demonstration of a famous QiGong form called Shibashi. This form also includes a couple of Yang Tai Chi movements, such as, Cloud Hands and Repulse the monkey.

I have been practicing this form for many years and have found it very helpful for managing stress, controlling Asthma symptoms and many other health benefits. It is useful at this time of self-isolation and with threat of respiratory infection.

This is easy to learn, the movements are combined with the breath and concentration. It is like moving meditation.

I hope to break this, and other forms down in later videos.
