Tai Chi Shen Fa ("Body methods")

Off the cuff video talking about the Tai Chi principle of moving from the centre (or 'Dan tien' in Chinese) and shifting the weight (or 'Separating Empty and Solid so as to avoid the fault of Double Weighting'). It's not perfect - ironically I'm a little double weighted when I start in most cases, and not moving everything together properly, but that's partly because I'm talking at the same time and not concentrating enough!
