Wuji Zhuang is sometimes considered a form of standing meditation. We practice standing still to understand how to move, and how to connect all parts of our body and move as one unified whole.
Wuji Zhuang teaches us to cultivate awareness for areas that we store tension, and how to let them go, or "fangsong". This is of great benefit for our health - body, mind, and spirit.
