Wave Hands can prove a little challenging at first. Learning to coordinate hand and arm movements with you steps takes some practice. Take things slowly. Perhaps just concentrate on the side steps at first, then focus on your hand movements, then combine them all together.

Based upon the Sun 73 Tai Chi Form this Tai Chi for Health program is beneficial for all people especially those living with a long term health condition or those in recovery from illness or injury.
