Commence

Performed with two variations to the start position:

Firstly, with a closed stance - feet together, heels touching, toes pointing out;

Secondly, with an open stance - approximatley feet hip width apart.

Many people in our classes prefer the open stance offers them a more stable base. You decide which suits you best.

Based upon the Sun 73 Tai Chi Form this Tai Chi for Health program is beneficial for all people especially those living with a long term health condition or those in recovery from illness or injury.
