Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1 - Commence

Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1

Performed with two variations to the start position:

Firstly, with a closed stance - feet together, heels touching, toes pointing out;

Secondly, with an open stance - approximatley feet hip width apart.

Many people in our classes prefer the open stance offers them a more stable base. You decide which suits you best.

Top Tip for Your Practice
Gently lead your hand and arm movements with your wrists - a subtle skill and quality to develop in your practice.
