Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis 12 Form performed by Mike Soric. The demonstration consists of the first 12 Forms (movements) performed in both directions. The Tai Chi for Arthritis program was developed by Dr. Paul Lam and the Tai Chi for Health Institute of Australia. The complete set of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program with Part 2 consists of 41 Forms (movements) and has been developed to be suitable for most people. The forms are bases on the 'Sun Style' Tai Chi and have been modified for health. Recorded at Hervey Range Studio, September 2012.
