where he is doing “Bend Bow and Shoot Tiger” (6:00 to 6:03 in the YouTube video), one can clearly see that Prof. Cheng’s body rises several inches from the low point of this posture (when both hands are forming into fists as they pass over his right leg) to the end point of this posture (when both fists project energy in a South-Westerly direction).

Observing the top of Prof. Cheng’s head with reference to the large rectangular stones in the background, at the low point, the top of Prof. Cheng’s head is on the same line as the top of the center stone; three seconds later, at the high point, Prof. Cheng’s head is several inches above this reference line. ...
