Tai Chi Chen Cloud hands basics

This video shows an exercise of 3 of the Tai Chi Chen cloud hand basic movements. All movements will be repeated 9 times so in total 27 movements.

The cloud hands exercises should be performed by breathing naturally through your belly matching 1 breath cycle with 1 cloud hands cycle.

1. Dān yún shǒu (Single cloud hands)
