'Swaying'…this simple to do Qigong movement not only helps relieve stress and anxiety by relaxing and calming you but will also help to increase and free up energy flow in the body. Start with about 3 minutes and gradually increase it up to however long you like.
Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Step out wide with your left leg to a comfortable position bringing your hands up and placing them on your lower energy centre (about 2 inches below your naval) then slowly and smoothly start swaying from side to side, breathing in for 2 repetitions (up & back twice) then breathing out for 2 repetitions. Focus on a point about 3 - 6 meters on the ground in front of you and staying conscious of your breathing as much as you can.
