Socially Distant Tai Chi Session 16

In Session 16, Adrian VanKeuren of Tai Chi Healing Energies, adds some new additions to our Tai Chi practice.There is grounding, Chi flow, Chi Kung breathing and twisting movements, as usual, and there is the addition of various Chinese massages to our routine.
