S.M.I.L.E.S. YOQI for the Liver and Gallbladder

Simple Movement Inviting Loving Energy Systems and the Evolutionary Self, combining Yoga and Qi Gong. This video focuses on the Spring Organs of the Liver and Gallbladder and the Wood Element. It is the first in a series on the Elements. It enables and encourages us to seize the moment - Carpe Momentum!

The sequence is repeated 3 times, which is helpful for generating a calm, yet alert attitude. It takes only 5 minutes to do it once. I find it helps to do one set after taking a drink of water to get the fluids into the cells and out of the matrix to prevent swelling.
