A daily or weekly routine designed to help if you suffer from PMS or, like me, are going through the various stages of menopause. Emotional imbalances such as excessive anger, frustration or depression indicate that we need to work on the liver and gall bladder meridians, which are implicated in most instances of hormonal imbalance. The routine is designed to clear these meridians at the physical and the emotional level.

One of the best ways to clear out excessive anger or frustration is combat practice!
Punching helps to express and clear anger, restores a sense of power where we may have felt powerless, energises the body and gets us "fighting fit".


Knocking on the Gate Of Life and Lung Points
A warm up to energise the spine and ease the body into motion. Let the arms relax completely and allow your loose fists to knock first on the lower back and then on the inside of the shoulders where they meet the chest.
