This 15 minute Qigong practice is designed to aid digestion and help tackle problems like IBS, bloating, stomach cramps and discomfort.

The routine combines Qigong abdominal massage and stretching focusing on the meridians of the stomach and spleen, liver and kidneys to boost circulation and promote a healthy digestion.

Just 15 minutes of mild movement and breathing can bring a lot of relief.
