Qi (chee) means “energy”, gong means “training”, F.I.T. stands for “Focused Integrated Training”. This series of Qigong F.I.T. exercises was choreographed by Dr. John Burns to help you improve your functional abilities and improve your health, fitness and wellness. Integrated into this series are exercises you can use to warm-up, before any physically demanding endeavor, and improve or maintain your: strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance; as well as, practice gratitude each and every day. Use this Qigong F.I.T. routine to practice gratitude, place happiness in your heart, share peace, and show respect.
