I know I hear a lot of people saying that they're gonna get back in the gym but the gyms are closed. I also know that some people haven't started exercising this year. And everyone is looking to build their immune system! So I wanted to share an exercise that you can do at home to boost your immune system. If you do it outside in the sun, that's two in one!

How does it boost your immune system?

The body's sewage system is called the lymphatic system, the two largest lymph glands are underneath the armpit and at the ankle. By swinging your arms back and forth and rocking from heel to toe, you are breaking stagnation at those two points.
