Slow down and relax. This short Qigong routine is designed to help you relax the body and calm the mind before bed. This routine helps me to reconnect the mind to the body, notice if I hold any tension in my body and then relax through a series of slow, gentle movements. Use gentle, water-like movements to slow you down, and your breath to bring you back to center and feel more present.
