This is a simple Qigong breathing exercise that you can do to relieve stress and tension at the end of the day or anytime when you need to relax and recharge.

The exercise helps to release the muscles tension from the upper body while mindful breathing encourages you to focus and calm the mind.

The inhales lift and stretch the body, the exhales allow to soften and let go of tension. Pay attention to your breath throughout the practice, breath naturally without force.
