Qigong is a form of Chinese movement meditation that looks a lot like Tai Chi. With continued practice, Qigong naturally corrects and balances one's Qi (or life energy) leading to increased health, wellbeing and awareness. Qigong movements are gentle enough for all and can even be done sitting. #StayWithUs
