This second movement is called "Expanding the Chest".
This movement is similar to the first, raising the arms. This move is useful for overcoming fear, depression, poor memory, lack of concentration and insomnia.
A good exercise for asthma sufferers; good for heart and lungs.
Encourages feelings of Joy, alertness and confidence.
