Osho solo Tantra beginner stick standing meditation (Tai chi bang)

Simple easy beginners stick form meditation. Standing meditation guided. Osho stick meditation Tantra (or Tai Chi bang) This is from Osho’s Tantra teachings; however, the practice was around thousands of years before him. It could come from Indian Tantra or Chinese Qi Gong. I am certain tribes from all over the world practiced a variation of this. Much praise to Kali warriors of the Philippines as well.
