video

http://www.taijiworld.com This series takes you right from the beginning of Bagwa sparring/self defense. Beginning with the most excellent way of learning about fighting, the Bagwa circular pushing Hands/sparring. This is done with two people standing around the circumference of a circle with wrists joined. We then walk around the circle and execute all of the attacking methods from this close position. This forces us to use Bagwa methods in attack and defense and teaches us how to fight without being 'thrown in at the deep and'. We learn through playing a game, how to fight. Before the student knows it, he or she is fighting using full power and full speed attacks and defenses.
