Master Gohring - Tai Chi Breathing

This is me back in 1998 (i think) teaching the basic breathing of tai chi. i posted this in 2006. There are different types of breathing and I recommend what I teach in this video for those that are new to it. You know, knew to even thinking about consciously breathing. It is very relaxing and will help you feel a sense of stress relief.
