Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates one of his favorite fascial release techniques for the lower back.

Dr. Joe explains how large bands of fascia from the left lower part of our bodies cross over the lower back onto the right side. Using this information, Dr. Joe developed a fascial release technique for the lower back. With the use of a Tai Chi Ball from OcraMed Health, Dr. Joe demonstrates a simple fascial release technique to provide relief from tightness and soreness in the low back region.
