Jibengong - Neck Pulses
Jibengong (基本功 - literally basic training) are exercises that work to establish alignment, strengthen the structure and remove inhibiting tension.
To practice, do this exercise daily for one month without missing a day. After one month, if it feels like it needs more work, continue for one or two more months. After this it is better to switch to a different or new exercise.
