Introduction to Resistance Tai Chi Exercises - A Physiotherapist's Approach
The Physiotherapists Approach starts with a new form of home exercise by introducing an alternative form of Tai Chi using resistance bands. This adds in a dynamic strength and conditioning component to alternative Tai Chi movements. The exercise will encourage you to move your arms to areas we do not often use in our modern lifestyle. It requires some core stability and to help provide a stable platform to move your arms and legs and add in that strength work. It’s also great for your wellbeing using the Tai Chi concept and you do not require a gym. Give it a go!
