The prostate is a gland about the size of a walnut. It is part of the male reproductive system and wraps around the tube that carries urine out of the bladder. It grows larger as you get older. If your prostate gets too large, it can cause health issues.

Men age 40 and older are most likely to have prostate problem some times in their life.

Signs of a prostate problem:
Frequent urge to urinate.
Blood in urine or semen.
Painful or burning urination.
Not being able to urinate.
Painful ejaculation.
Frequent pain or stiffness in lower back, hips and pelvic.

This video will show you step by step how to reduce the swelling in your prostate and improve the circulation in the area.
Do this program two times a day. Morning and evening for two weeks.

You will start to feel that your issue will be less by twenty five percent after two weeks.
If that’s the case carry on for another two weeks and the issue should reduce another twenty five percent.

If you feel that it had been reduced by fifty percent, you are halfway there.
Once you feel it’s completely gone then carry on with the program two times a week for the next six months.

After six months you should do it once a week just to maintain it.
In the meantime please let me know how you progressing.
