Step-Touch Exercise is called Dian Bu Gong in Mandarin (点步功)

Step-Touch Exercise adopts Moderate Strength Nasal Breathing.

Walk one step, two steps, or three steps, then use the toes to touch the ground once, co-ordinating with one xixi_hu__. And that’s called Step-Touch Exercise.

It’s also called One-Step-One-Touch Exercise(一步点功), Two-Step-One-Touch Exercise(二步点功), and Three-Step-One-Touch Exercise (三步点功)。

Step-Touch Exercise is able to prevent and treat cancer, treat low fever, alleviate inflammation and reduce pain. It is also useful for treating gynaecological diseases. It can also regulate the functions of the internal organs.

Step-Touch Exercise comprises 5 parts:-
1 Preparatory Exercise 预备功
2 One-Step Exercise 一步功
3 Two-Step Exercise 二步功
4 Three-Step Exercise 三步功
5 Concluding Exercise 收功
