Foundation Qi Gong Tai Chi Form. Asthma Coronavirus COVID-19 indoor exercise


This is a quick video I've made to demonstrate a simple Qi Gong Form.

Qigong and Tai Chi have been practiced for thousands of years and there is evidence to suggest that it can help improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Apologies for the poor sound quality, I didn't have an external microphone.

I thought it would be good to share to help people like me. This can be done in a small space and is suitable for any age and fitness level. I am an asthma sufferer and have practiced for around 6 years; I have noticed huge improvements in health and wellbeing since practicing regularly.
