Eight Movement Taiji Inhale Exhale Nei Kung Form

This is a short form from our Nei Kung program. This form is used to train breath and intention creating the movement and posture. The breathing used also helps to integrate the body. This form also helps to develop a new way of looking at Ward Off Energy and how to use the body and the earth to develop it.

Sifu Franklin Fick has been teaching Martial Arts and Energy Practices since 1993. He teaches Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan), Xing Yi Quan, Ba Gua Zhang, Five Family Southern Shaolin, Qi Gong, Nei Gong, and Energetic Healing. Franklin also has a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
