In this office hours clip, Nate asked about some specific places in his Tai Chi and qigong practice where he was having trouble maintaining smooth, continuous breathing.

This is the kind of problem you'll have when your body opens up more and the movement of the arms and legs become more deeply connected to the spine and internal organs.
