Day 6: Guo-lin Anti-Aging/Anti-Cancer Qigong, a Walking Exercise

A simple walking qigong that coordinates movement of the arms and breathing while walking. The breathing pattern is called shi shi hu (in in out) breathing is: 2 breaths in and 1 breath out. The first breath fills the belly, the second the chest, followed by a slow exhalation. This qigong can be performed sitting or standing by simply shifting the weight. Match your breath to the speed of your steps.
