Chi Flow Exercises | How To Push Ki (Out From Your Hands)


Activate chi energy using one of my chi flow exercises, one of which will allow you to feel ki in the form of air. This form of energy will flow out from your hands, and, once you activate chi flow within your hands, you'll have gotten one step closer to attaining qigong healing hands.
