Barry Westley has been developing his Chi Baton® Exercises for nearly two decades. Although bearing a passing resemblance to Tai Chi ruler they are performed in quite a different way and have some unique principles. There are now over forty, hour long programmes in the system as well as a Chi Baton Martial form. The exercises work on muscles, ligaments and joints as well as improving breathing and internal energy. They include Tai Chi type movements as well as isometrics and more standard exercises Barry has acquired over the past 50 years as a martial arts instructor and ex Powerlifting champion.
