Capture my circleI seize Alex's arm in an attempt to pluck him. He responds negatively initially. I suggest that since I am already attached to him that he could turn me out. The idea here is as I am reaching for him to add to my momentum and to stay slightly ahead of me so as to make me reach. If this is timed correctly he can utilize my desire to grasp him against me. The sensation of his arm slipping away from my grasp causes me to seize it with too much strength giving him just the connection he needs to toss me out. Anyone who was lucky enough to see Adam Mizner's Song Gong 1 video may notice that Alex is using that method to toss me.
