Wudang Xuan Shen Baguazhang - Wudang Köln - Cologne Germany - Having neglected Baguazhang for some time concentrating on other aspects of Wudang Pai now taking up again the regular Bagua training. I guess almost everybody who starts with bagua is fascinated with all the whirling around and twisting - but as you practice regularly you may get addicted to the slow circle walking of the old qigong palms - good way to forget time and space. All my achievements are entirely due to Ismet Himmet, the person who insisted on basics, basics and basics - all defects and everything that may be improved is entirely due to my responsability.
