Our breath is a very powerful tool. By learning how to control our breath, we can control our physical and emotional well-being, relax quickly or get more energy when needed. This Qigong breathing exercise is one of my go-to first thing in the morning, it helps to clear the lungs and refocus the mind. Practice daily to help you reconnect with your breath and feel more focused and centered.
