After I got a little upset with all the crapy Xing Yi Partner Sets vids on youtube I decided to upload one which shows in my view how it could look done right.
Wu Hua Pao is one of the most Basic Xing Yi Partner Sets,its purpose is train to use the 5 Elements on a person.
Which is kind a good,but has to be treated with a certain caution.
Since in Theory the Practice of the 5 Elements is for developing Basic Power.
Of course there is more to it to it but thats put it very short.
In Xing Yi they say something like:
Wu Xing develops Power,Shier Xing develops Skill and Ba Zi Gong develops Fighting Skills.
