Sifu Michael Ashmore introduces some basic routines for home training with the Tai Chi Ruler. You don't need an actual ruler to follow along, a rolled up magazine the length of your own forearm, wrist to elbow, or any similarly sized item will work as well. This is a good upper body workout, but don't neglect your horse stance!
