Our friend Tai Chi Mike has been working with survivors at Wind River Cancer Wellness Retreats for over 12 years. In this series of short (3-5 minute) videos Mike demonstrates a series of simple Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises which are a powerful tool for re-centering, calming the mind, increasing circulation, breathing and improving balance.
