You can learn this program as well as others in one of our tai chi classes and workshops. If you'd like to learn a #TaiChi or #Taijiquan form such as the Yang 24 or Sun 73 or Chen Taijiquan , then we teach these also.

Philip has practiced tai chi and martial arts for over 34 years. In 2002 he survived a near fatal road accident where he suffer many severe injuries and the eventual #amputation of his right leg. He used his long background in taichi, #qigong and the martial arts to aid his recovery.
