A short program for all people, including those living with a long term health conditions or in recovery from illness or injury.

You can learn this program as well as others in our classes and workshops.

We specialise in teaching short form programmes because:

• People learn the forms in a short time
• People feel confident to practise at home
• We can introduce essential Tai Chi Principles that people can begin to master sooner
